Once a software system has been defined,
designed, built and fully tested; it is ready to be deployed into use.
Deployment of a software system involves
the creation of installation routines and / or installation procedures, along
with the execution of those routines and procedures.
Care is taken by the deployment team to
ensure that all components are installed and are of the correct version for a
given deployment.
