Task Entry

- Track individual tasks for each client
- Generate task numbers to help track work efforts (each client starts at Task #1)
- Track task status (i.e. "pending", "approved", "completed", etc.)
- Track multiple timesheet entries for each task
- Track the dates when each timesheet entry was invoiced
- Track time spent on billable versus non-billable time
- Determine percentage of total time that is billable versus non-billable for a given task
- Determine total time and revenue amount for billable, current (non-invoiced) tasks
- Determine total time and revenue amount for non-billable current (non-invoiced) tasks
- Calculate total hours worked across all timesheet entries - using "Time-In" and "Time-Out"
- Create estimates for each task
- Produce an estimate report for all tasks for a given task status(es)
- Maintain a diary of tiime-stamped comment entries for each task
